What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number and profile name.
• The messages you send and Madrina’s replies.
• Voice notes: transcribed to text so Madrina can answer. We keep the text, not the audio.
• Details you share about your baby or babies (for example name, birth date, due date, feeding, weight) and, if you use logging, feeds, sleep and diapers.

Information about your child’s health and feeding may be sensitive. We use it only to provide coaching to you, with your consent, which you give by chatting with Madrina.

Why we use it

• To answer your questions and personalise coaching (consent; performance of the service).
• To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and enforce plan limits (legitimate interest).
• We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform): message delivery.
• Supabase (database, hosted in the EU): storage.
• Vercel and Trigger.dev: hosting and background processing.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@madrina.chat. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.
